The release with VoiceOver access to the text will be out in a few days. My short term goal is to make my app at least as accessible as iBooks, which does not have things like navigation by sentence. I don't think iBookssupport line mode in the Rotor which Voice Dream will. I think with the next release, Voice Dream will be more accessible than iBooks.
