Hi, I would contact the case manufacturer and let them know the trouble.
In many cases they will replace the case. Otterbox is good about this.

I had a GS case with builtin screen protector, and it's just slack, there's
no way round it short of cutting it out and using a stick on one. Never had
that with the good old ODs.

Hello,
maybe some lint or something got on the screen or, screen protector before
you put it on. You can try getting some tape, and removing lint and stuff
from the protector before putting it back on, and cleaning your iPhones
screen with a lint free cloth.
