Hello, I bought this earpiece about a Month ago.

It's shape is a small rectangle, smaller than my previous plantronics model.
The piece that goes in your ear is not round. I'm not sure how to describe it.
The ear loop feels pretty sturdy to me, and softer than my previous model.

On one edge of the device is a volume rocker, on the other edge is a on/off
switch. The back of the device is smooth, but it is a button. I'd have to
say, I prefer the actually button on my previous model.

At the top of the device is where you plug in your charger. You can also have
the earpiece on either ear, by gently rotating the ear loop.

So far, I'm quite happy with this device. I love the voice prompts when I turn
it on/off, and I like how the battery level is displayed in my iPhone's status
bar. Keep in mind, it is reported to not work great with Siri. For some
reason it won't complete the command. You need to physically have your phone
in hand to tap the button.

HTH,
Traci
