I've used this app for close to 2 years. It is accessible. You can have it
use the GPS to locate you and you can use that for your location or, you can
select from a list. Weatherbug uses a very wide range of stations. For
example, the closest one to me is at the end of our street about a block and
a half away but weatherbug wants me to use the airport which is farther
away. I changed it in settings to use the reporting station by me so the
app can be as simple or as complex in it's detail as you like. In the main
screen it shows the present temperature precipitation and wind speed.
Double tap on the present temperature if you want a more detailed forecast
which can contain rain fall amounts as well as the total amount of
precipitation by the hour, for the month, and from the beginning of the year
to date. For example, right now it is showing 0.26 inches of rainfall by
us. You can also get a forecast for the day or farther. So you can see, if
all you want is the temperature humidity and wind speed, that's displayed on
the home screen.
The app is fully accessible.
