Weatherbug lets you choose in settings your preference in reporting so it
can do either or. Your choice.

I think I read on here that Weather Bug works and is accessible, but I
haven't tried it because up here in Canada I really like Degrees and see
no
reason to put more weather apps on my phone.
There are also a number of reviews of weather apps on www.Applevis.com so
you might want to check it out.

I downloaded weather bug a while back but I really haven't checked it out
