Hi Grant, I can't confirm your first point, somebody else brought it up last week and I checked it out and found the same happens for me on this latest iTunes update. Probably a good idea if everybody who cares about it will write to Apple Accessibility as well as Freedom Scientific.
I'll try and check out your second and third point, but I rarely use playlists and don't use iTunes match at all. As for your fifth point I also can't comment since I bought my iPhone 4S directly from Apple at full price and already unlocked. My screen reader is JAWS 14, and I have an iPhone 5. Any input on any of the following would be greatly appreciated. 1) I cannot sync only selected audiobooks to my phone - it's either all or nothing. If I choose "selected," no list of audiobooks appears from which I can choose. 2) I cannot download past purchased songs or preview any songs in the store--JAWS simply refuses to click on the relevant controls, detecting them instead as static text. 3) App updates don't automatically sync from my phone back to iTunes--I have to select "transfer purchases" otherwise the older version of the app remains in my library. 4) I have a very extensive playlist which will not appear in iTunes Match. It says "iCloud, error playlist" next to it. So I decided to create a smart playlist that was identical to the original playlist in question, but that excluded songs with iCloud status "error." That playlist too, shows "iCloud, Error playlist" next to it. So I created the opposite smart playlist--one that only shows songs with iCloud status "error." That playlist is empty, meaning that the songs should all be fine. Nevertheless, the original playlist absolutely will not appear on other devices with iTunes Match enabled. 5) I'm wondering if anyone with a carrier-unlocked phone has found an easy way to get past the "congratulations, your device has been unlocked" message that shows upon activation? There is supposed to be a continue button but it absolutely will not show up for me. Doing something else (i.e. closing and then reopening iTunes) will cause the screen to disappear, but I find this disconcerting; I now activate over the air rather than in iTunes when I do a reset for this reason alone.
