Hi Shawn. Well, this has also confused me. Chapter 2 starts in the village, and i assume the whole game is completed for now when it says end of chapter. The game just don't continues, but you can still enter the menu to save your game, which by the way not is recommended. I did that, and blocked the way to explore this chapter again, without having to start from scratch which I don't feel like doing because of all those issues.
