Hi Irene, this is just a quick reply as its late and I'm using Siri so forgive any errors.
You say that you've reset the phone but I wonder if you have your apps from the switcher. They don't automatically empty just because you reboot the phone. If you don't know how to do this, give me a call tomorrow afternoon and I'll talk you through it. You probably do know though, so I won't stop to tell you more now. This can often solve that problem with a particular app. We'll speak again soon.
