I had actually deleted this app. Why I don't remember why, I just did.
Must just be getting old. Anyway, I decided I wanted it again and got it
from the app store. It loaded the version with out the extras. I then
doubled tapped the buy button because I didn't see any other way to restore
them. The upgrade installed the extras with out a hitch. Sense I had
already paid for them once it wasn't necessary to pay for them again. I
thought I would mention it so that those who were wondering why there is a
record of all the apps you download. Even though I deleted the app and
reinstalled it at a later point down the road, the record of my perches
already existed and I did not have to pay for it again. Just thought some
of the new users might like to know that.

You get more sounds, and super day reminders. You can also auto import your
reminders from your native reminder app into Alarmed.

Don't get me wrong, the default calendar/reminder apps are good, but if
you want more customization and flexibility, the Alarmed app is the way
to go. It is completely free in the app store, with an in-app purchase
for the extras pack should you wish to do that. I did this very thing,
because I want to support the developer with the excellent work he has
done to make this app 100% accessible with VoiceOver.
