Hi there. I don't know if Verizon does this, but at least with AT&T and the 
mobile data share plan, you can turn off the data when someone exceeds what 
ever data you don't want them to go over. So if I have four phones on my plan 
and 4 GB of data per month, I would split it as one gigabyte per phone. That 
way if your teenagers use up there one gigabyte allotted amount watching 
Netflix and YouTube, then you can turn off their data so that you have some of 
your own. In fact what I have done is turned off the data for one or two days. 
It is truly amazing that when I was growing up I would get grounded from the TV 
for a week for certain things. Now I find that I'm telling my children they 
will be grounded from data for a week if they don't behave.
