I have corresponded with Standscan before via email and just emailed them asking to clarify the 12 Volt battery pack option. If they are as fast with their response as last time I will be posting their reply here shortly. The 12v power adapter came with my StandScan Pro, as did the 9v battery adapter, but I haven't been able to find anywhere on the site where I could get a 12v battery adapter, or anything about the pencil batteries. If anyone already has some information on where we can get this, I'd appreciate it if you'd post it to the list. In the meantime though, I'm contacting the manufacturers to ask the question, as the 12v battery adapter and the correct batteries are something I'd love to have to go with this great product!
