If I may put in a plug for my own app, AutoRingtone. It is voiceover friendly and let's you create talking ringtones using over 50 text-to-speech voices, including Siri, for talking caller ID. Whatever you type can be spoken and the ringtones can be preceded by one of 200 sound effects. It's fun to create ringtones and both fun and useful when someone calls as your phone can tell you, literally, who is calling or speak whatever message you want it to.
