TuneIn simply connects you with stations around the world; it doesn't
control the content of those stations. If the station has commercials
then you will hear commercials as well.

That said, TuneIn Pro has a few accessibility issues. For the moment
I'd recommend Ootunes instead if you're looking for a paid app with
all the bells and whistles.
