They probably got slammed with orders and are backed up. Maybe issuing shipping information but not actually shipping the item itself till a few days later depending on how fast they can dispatch packages. I sell on ebay and this is one of the tricks sellers use to get good shipping ratings. Process the order with Friday's or Saturday's date for exampel, but only ship it out on Monday. Quite handy if the mail's already been picked up for the day and more items sell that same day. That and the fact that packages are being shipped from Hong Kong don't' exactly make for fast transit times either.
