There are adaptors out there going in both directions.I'm very happy that my
Bowse Sound Dock 10 has the optional Bluetooth adaptor in it. So for me, it
won't matter when I get the 5S.

You might seriously want to consider buying an iPhone 5 at this stage. We
maybe as little as 3 months away from the release of this year's new
iPhone
at which point the 4S will become what the 4 is now, the iPhone 4 may
stick
around for another year or so, but why not spend the extra $100 and get an
iPhone 5? Going forward all iDevices have the Lightning connector so if
you
get a 4S and end up maybe getting speakers or docks, none of these will
work
without an adapter down the road.
