Apps are not allowed to be shared according to Apple. They are digitally signed against your Apple Id. The way around this is to sign out of your own Apple Id, sign into one you know, then you can install it on your device under the purchased section. Apple allows up to 5 devices per Apple Id. So nothing illegal here except to say sharing apps with others would be violating Apple's terms.
