In BrailleTouch, dot 3 is the apostrophe.
BrailleTouch uses the codes from the Braille Authority of North America
(BANA) 2007 standards. The remaining punctuation will be in the next
update, coming soon. This update will also have options for Computer
Braille, from the BANA 2010 standards, and for Unified English Braille
(UEB).
All the braille codes for the next update of BrailleTouch, which come
from the BANA and UEB standards, can be found under the last four
headings on this draft help page:

Ok, it's BrailTouch confusing the issue a bit at this point. Though to be
fair, comma was never dot6 when I wrote it on a hand frame before personal
computers were invented.
Thanks, Rh.

The ch sign, dots 1,6 is the multiply or times symbol in computer braille.
The back slash is the "o u" dots 1,2,5,6.
Dot 6 is the comma in computer braille.

CH contraction is \ perhaps in its other life? not sure about that, but

dot6 is ' in some of the brailletouch keyboard things, not sure what ' is
in
real braille.

Another thing I've noticed when using a display is that sometimes, there
will be a character next to a word that looks like a CH contraction. Does
anyone know what on Earth this is about?
Also, sometimes, when showing a word like "it's," the apostrophy is shown
as
a "single quote."
If anyone knows why these things might be happening, I would really like
to
know.
Thanks,
Ari
