hi all, I have successfully paired the amazon basics bluetooth keyboard with my iphone and ipad mini. however, when I get ready to use either one of them with the keyboard, the device does not connect even though bluetooth is on, the switch at the back of the unit is been switched to on. is there something else i should be doing? thanks. my other bluetooth devices such as my braille display and speaker are connecting flawlessly and so i cannot figure out what is going on. By the way, as an aside, there are times when I cannot get the on screen keyboard to come up on the iphone even though the Braille display and keyboard are off. If I swipe right, I can hear the letters, but they don't show up at the bottom. Has anyone had this issue?
