Sure they did. The same will apply to 32 and 64GB iPhones except, you have to put more money down up front. The 32GB iPhone 5 is $199 up front, and the 64GB iPhone 5 is $299 up front. And, your actually getting the phones cheaper if you bought them unlocked directly from Apple. The 32 and 64GB phones will only be sold online though. Full retail for them are,$689 and, $789. $50 less than Apple is currently selling them
