I have an AT&T iPhone and use their auto pay feature to pay my phone bill. All I need to know is where the number 1 key is. I hold my finger over it and when she asks if I want to pay my bill in full, press 1, I do. All the questions she asks are 1 for yes and 2 for no so it's not rocket science <grin> Then I get a free text message back as a receipt that I paid my monthly bill. They offer automatic pay as well. They take the money out of your account on the first of the month but I was told that if that day doesn't work for you that arrangements can be made for another day. So for some blind users it might be an option you might not have thought of sense the bill should be the same every month. Just a suggestion. ----- Original Message ----- From: "RobH!" <[email protected]>

There are times when an all-singing all-dancing thing is not the solution,
so a separate digital recorder has it's uses as does an old or cheap phone
with just the basic buttons, have their uses. I have all these in the same
jacket as the iPhone. The cheap phone can have the cheapest PAYG plan for
when you have to use slection system 'bots.

Subject: Taking Notes While On The Phone

When I had a wired phone, I could just turn on the feature on my answering
machine that let me record a call, or the feature that let me record myself,
neither of which I seem to be able to do on my iPhone. So what methods do
you use when you need to take something down during a call? I guess when you
know in advance that you will have to take down something, you can be
prepared, but in the other situations, I guess you just hope you remember
it? I remember List Recorder being mentioned as a possible solution to this
problem, but I could not find it in the app store.

Thanks for any ideas.
