First of all, are you using the paid version of Digit Eyes?

If so then maybe this is an obvious suggestion, but have you checked if
there are any updates in the App Store?

If not I suggest you contact Nancy through their website as she offers great
support and I'm sure she will get back to you promptly.

Subject: Digit-eyes gives me an error message

 

I have the latest version of Digit-eyes; however, recently when I try to
scan a bar code on an item I bought from the store, I get a message saying
that I need to update the app.  Has anyone else had this problem.  Any help
would be appreciated.
