You can jump from article to article by setting your rotor to headings, and then using a single finger flick up or down.

I would think that what's available digitally from most newspapers is going to be pretty fixed and that each external service getting access to the paper will have the same population of articles available to it. If that is the case, wouldn't you want the service with the lowest price provided the service features were comparable?
