When I activate the roter I put two fingers of my right hand on the screen spread just a little apart and turn the phone with my left hand. Weird, I know, but it seems to work for me. God bless! Hi Tom, I changed the subject line to better reflect this topic. The method you outlined is exactly the way I handle changing the rotor. I originally tried using one hand and 2 fingers, and I had some success, but holding the phone to my chest and using both hands works almost flawlessly. I'd say my ability to change the rotor on each turn with 2 hands is over 90%, far better than I ever could accomplish using one hand. The technique that I described above works great for me, and when I find the rotor setting that I want to use, I can then flick up or down with my right index finger. > > Hope this helps. > Tom > > ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jon Pierson" > <[email protected]> > To: <[email protected]> > Sent: Saturday, April 06, 2013 7:50 AM > Subject: RE: one thing I wish apple would change > > >> Hi Troy, >> Try using two hands to turn the rotor, kind of like swiping a finger >> on the left hand across the screen from right to left while doing the >> opposite with the right hand at the same moment. >> I was teaching someone who was having a terrible time with gestures >> and that did the trick. >> >> Jon >> >> >> -----Original Message----- >> From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On >> Behalf Of Troy Sullivan >> Sent: Saturday, April 06, 2013 6:56 AM >> To: [email protected] >> Subject: one thing I wish apple would change >> >> Good morning all, >> This is a suggestion and maybe there is a fix to this and I don't >> know about it. but I have something that I think apple needs to >> change or needs to make better.
