Lire is an excellent product. One thing I like is that it will retrieve the full text of articles and cache them, so if you're on a plane or elsewhere that has no signal, you have articles to read.
A new build in the App Store today adds some excellent VoiceOver customisation features, so you have a lot of control over how verbose VoiceOver is within the app. There are a few areas where I think it still falls short. First, for those of us with more than one iDevice, it doesn't sync with iCloud, so not only your articles, but your entire list of feeds have to be done a second time, and the articles don't stay in sync across devices. Second, you can't divide your feeds into folders. And third, there is no automatic import from Google Reader. You have to manually select each feed you want to import, which is a bit laborious. I've written to the developer about the iCloud syncing and folders so will see if I get a response and what it is.
