Hello List, For some time now, several of us have been discussing Bluetooth speaker systems. A while back, I expressed interest in purchasing the Big Jambox. However, after listening to an reading reviews on Applevis.com, I decided to purchase the JBL Flip speaker. 1. It was $99.99 plus tax. 2. the distortion free volume output is far superior to the Big Jambox. 3. I love its' shape. 4. It was a snap to pair with my iPhone and iPad. It will remember up to 8 devices and connect to either of 2 devices quickly. If you are looking for an affordable bluetooth speaker/speaker-phone/Siri, this is for you. I am still testing out the range situation. So far, it appears to work right up to 33 feet then cutout starts to happen.
