A blind person had someone create a DOS interpreter for iOS. You can find the games in the Apple App Store.
For one letter answers, just press the letter and the game automatically goes to the next screen. For typed answers, activate the return button in the lower right corner of the keyboard after you have typed your entry. To spin the wheel, activate the return button.
