It’s likely your SIM card won’t hold all your contacts, especially if you have multiple phone numbers and addresses. It’s been a while since I did this, but here’s what worked for me.
On your Nokia, go to contacts, mark all, then copy to memory card. You will then have a folder on your card called Other/Contacts, containing VCF files, one for each contact. Open these VCF files in iTunes. This can be done in a number of ways. I connected my Nokia to my Mac so it showed up as a drive. I selected all the VCF files and pressed Command O. This causes the address book to open and import all the contacts. iTunes is linked to the address book, so as soon as I opened iTunes, it recognized all my new contacts. Finally sync your iDevice with iTunes. All your contacts should transfer to the iDevice. HTH, and I hope I haven’t forgotten any steps. As I said, it’s been a while, almost three years.
