Hi, I have some MP3 songs on my desktop and want to import them to ITunes.
I thought I had successfully accomplished this by choosing the import file option from the File menue of ITunes because the songs showed up in my ITunes Library. However, ITunes did not actually import the MP3 files and convert them to ITunes files. Instead, ITunes points to the MP3 files on my desktop. I know this because I got an "invalid location" message when I tried to play them after deleting the MP3 files from my desktop.
