Hey! I think this is a good idea despite the fact that some of the apps do it already and I agree. I think though, this is a great start. I think I have some suggestions. You can make it so that a person takes a picture of something and volunteer can respond by typing. Like, the person types their question after taking the picture. I know, folks, Viz-Wiz already does that, but half of the time, people / web workers don't even listen to the question and randomly type anything which is annoying. At least, if you could create an app something similar to that but add the video and people can use it if they prefer. Yes, family and friends are a great resource but again, as someone said, they are not always available and I don't either like to disturb them too much with stuff and not everyone in the world has faceTime or Skype or any of those stuff. I think this app will be great for a backup usage. You can still use skype and facetime if you want, but this is for backup just in case you have no where to go and no help available. I have had that happen. So, I feel that it's a great start and I want to tell the developer to not give up despite people's comments because you might come out with something awesome that Viz-Wiz or TapTapse or any of those stuff. That would be awesome. So yeah. I mean, I don't mean anything bad and I am just trying to input my good luck to the developer and don't give up. Keep coming with ideas. This is just a fine start.
