Hi: Hi: Their are people who don't have access to family or friends that can help them sometimes. However the technology already exists to do what is being proposed. The idea of using volunteers and Skype or facetime has more potential. If people are concerned with privacy and not giving away their info all they need to do is set up accounts in Skype or email that they don't care about.
