no, but, if you were so worried about such matters, you could create a new 
Apple ID with a separate none descript address, and add that to your overall 
Apple ID.

I have two addresses currently with my Apple ID in terms of FaceTime, and I can 
use either for outgoing and / or incoming.

So, in my case both have my name in, there's nothing stopping the overtly 
concerned person having another for this purpose.
