What Ramy meant is he wants to create rules for filtering his email as
it arrives. For example, in Outlook you could create a mailbox called
“Viphone” and then setup a filter or rule which would take all emails
with [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> in the
“From” field and move them into the mailbox “Viphone”. You can use a
specific “From” address, a specific subject or words in the subject or
message to create rules which do certain things with the message.
Anyhow, Ramy, I believe if you are using an email service like Gmail or
Outlook.com you have to create the rules on the website, i.e. sign into
your gmail account and create the rule. If you use IMAP your iPhone
syncs with whatever is on the server so if mail is handled a certain way
on the server, this will be reflected on the iPhone.
