Tina, that's called a Bluetooth ear peace. I use one as well. It's for talking on the phone. I like the one ear bluetooth devices because I can still talk to others with the earpiece in. I don't use this for music with my IPhone, so I'm not so worried that I can't pause tracks or things like that with this device. It does what I need.
