Hi there. I do not know if there is a specific iPad tutorial out there. However Anna Dresner has made an iPhone book which covers a lot of iOS and the iPhone. At least I know it does iOS for sure. National braille press sells the book and I believe it is available in multiple formats. You might check there. Anna is also on this list and so when she reads this message she may respond with more accurate information. There are different website as well which gives tutorials or guides on using the various iOS devices like the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch. Www.applevis.com Is one of those websites. Also, and I don't like doing this on the list because some might see it as a conflict of interest, however I will take a risk, I am an excess technology trainer and the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch are things that I teach. So I mentioned that in case your friend might consider having a person teach her the iPad as opposed to a tutorial. Good luck in finding what you need.
