Hi there. I changed the subject line to make it a little less generic. VoiceOver will not work in Windows. To get speech and windows you will need a Windows screen reader. NVDA is one screen reader which will definitely work in Windows. What I recommend you do is subscribe to the Mac visionaries email list and ask more specific questions there since that list is more appropriate for Mac topics.
