Hi there. Since Siri is not available I would highly recommend Dragon dictate. It is a free app and if the iPhone is set to the Spanish language region and voice, Dragon dictation will also be in Spanish. It will listen in Spanish and it's menus and buttons will also be labeled in Spanish. Plus it is free. Because it is not fully integrated into the iPhone due to sandboxing, your customer will have to dictate whatever he or she wants and then copy it over to notes or email or text or whatever here she wants to do with that spoken dictated text. Just like Siri, DragonDictate will listen for up to around 30 seconds. After which your customer will need to stop and then press the record button to continue. He can keep doing this and definitely I believe, until everything is said and then he or she can copy the text over.
