Hi, I believe he said his client is using an iPhone 4, which as you may
or may not know, doesn't support keyboard dictation or Siri. That's why
I suggested Dragon Dictate.

I am working with someone in a Spanish-speaking country. He is using an
iPhone 4 with IOS 6.1, and needs a dictation program that will enable
him to make notes, send emails, etc.
Can someone give me some ideas as to a relatively inexpensive solution?
