Hello! Yes, in the android phones, it is something called, talkback. You have to go to settings, my devices, accessibility, and talk back on and then hit ok. You will need sighted help. I don't know if there is a tripple click home system, though. But yes, the screenreader is called talkback. It is kind of like voiceover. It's a little confusing to me, at least, don't know how other people feel. I just like vo performance to be simpler. But of course, it is your decision and you can use it with talkback and see if you like it or not. I am afraid, I don't want to have to start this thread being in to a talkback conversation as this is manily for iPhones, but I just wanted to answer your question when you said equivalent to voiceover.
