Basically you just hold the iPod Touch at arms length or a bit less
depending on how much of your shoulders you want on the picture, then take
the picture. You should give the recent IBlindTech.com podcast a listen,
Garth talks about taking pictures with the iPhone's camera app and your iPod
Touch is no different except its camera is not quite as good. Anyhow, during
the podcast Garth does exactly what you are trying to do.
