I wonder if this type of app wouldn't be a better solution if it was user driven, as well as business driven.
What I mean is, if a menu is available online for a particular place you enjoy going to, and the app doesn't have this menu in it's library, it might be a good idea to give the user a way to submit the site, or menu to the developer for inclusion. Kind of like the Traffic add-on for Navigon operates. Just a thought.
