I charge mine every night unplugging it in the morning, making sure app switcher is empty, then turn it off, plug it back in and usually I am set for the day, once I was not, once I went to zero percent but usually I try to at least once a month drop it to 10% before charging it again. As for me, I charge my Iphone almost every day, but it depends what I do with it. I always let battery go down to 1% and then put it on a charger. Once a month I let it go down to 0%.
