This may seem obvious, but did you slide the switch on the left side to bluetooth mode on the BraillE Edge? Is the Braille Edge paired with anything else? You may try turning bluetooth off on the phone, power off the phone and then power it back on, turn bluetooth on again, then go to the braille settings and try again. Best of luck,
