Hi Steve, I have the Radio Thermostat model CT-30. Once it is installed and set up by a sighted person, you can operate it from your iPhone or desktop computer. Voice over plays well with the thermostat's interface, but the layout is not as intuitive as I would like it. And the instruction manual is confusing... At least to me. But, once I learned the layout, it works fine. I bought mine from Amazon for a little under a hundred dollars. Please note... This thermostat requires a power wire from the HVAC unit. I had a professional HVAC company install mine. Which cost me an additional $250.
