I'm no expert on this, but when I purchase music on my iPhone the music is
downloaded to my iPhone. In iTunes on the PC there is a recently purchased
item, go in there and you will see a list of recently purchased music. Do a
right click on that and one of the chhoices is to download that song to your
PC. After the music is downloaded to my PC, then I copy it to my hard
drive, which is where I play my music from on iTunes.

Greetings. I recently got an iTunes gift card for $10. I am
considering getting some music through the iTunes app on my iPhone 5,
but am wondering if those songs will be synced to my computer the next
time I connect my phone? I don't consider myself an iTunes expert on
the Windows 7 PC I have, and actually try to use iTunes as little as
possible other than keeping things synced and updated, so straight
forward answers would be appreciated. I set my computer to sync
any/all music from the specified folder to my phone. However, if I buy
some songs or an album on the phone, will those songs be added to the
computer? And if so, would they be in MP3 format or another
proprietary Apple format? I have an iPhone 5 with iOS 6.1.4 and
Windows 7 on my PC.
AS if all this weren't enough, I am also looking for some useful app
recommendations. I know about Voice Dream Reader, but as of yet I
don't have a use for that app since I don't read a lot of documents on
my phone. I like apps that perform a purpose or are challenging in
some way, like the iAssociate 2 game someone recommended to me
sometime ago. Ideas?
