When I clicked on the first link it told me the Pizza, Focaccia etc. book was $19.99 for the Kindle Edition. I tried it logged in to Amazon.ca and it came up as $16.99. I realize that such a sale may not extend to Canada, but I don't get it where you see that 99 Cent pricing.
