Maybe the link wrapped or something. You can even paste it into Notepad first and check to see that it's on one line, there should be no spaces at the end etc. You could also make Internet Explorer your default browser and try clicking on the link, but the link will not be wrong if the email to reset your password came from Dropbox. Hi, I too was trying to update dropbox and it got stuck. I decided to delete it and reinstall. I now discover that I have lost the password for my dropbox account. I told dropbox.com that I forgot my password. It sent me an email with a link to use to reset the password. Firefox says the address is invalid when I click on the link provided.
