Hello, Yes the iPhone does have this feature as well, it's called head/remote control, and it's off by default. When you launch Zello, Double tap on the button that's on the upper left, it's called the navigation button, then click to the right until you get to settings, Again in settings flick to the right until you get to the audio section, and that's where you'll have the option to turn on the head/remote control feature on, you will be able to double tap on the screen, or use the EarPods.
