Note I stopped including people's email addresses in posts to mailing
lists because they can be picked up by spammers. I'm not sure if Raul
and Cara are concerned about this or not, but since they don't include
their email addresses in the message footers, I figured I wouldn't
include them either.
I do think it's a good idea to keep information like this around though.
I have a Mailing Lists folder where I keep any emails I get about
mailing lists , such as those introductory messages, information on list
guidelines and so on. Keeping around a message from the moderators and
grabbing their email address from the message headers is easy enough to do.

You can get Raul's or Cara's email from any email they've sent to the
list. If you don't know how to access the email headers with your email
client and screen reader, I've found that a reply to all almost always
works.
You can also contact the owner of the list by following the link at the
bottom of each message and clicking on the about link. Here you'll find
a contact owner link which will bring up a contact form you can fill out.
BTW, I copied Raul and Cara on this message, so you can get their email
addresses from the headers of this message.
