Hi, In addition to this, if you use Gmail as Keith is doing, there really is no need to delete any email that you receive due to the very large amount of storage you are given - just archive it. If you get into the habbit of doing this, you can simply perform a search for the person who you are wanting to contact, find one of their messages and then just look for their email address.
