You can use the contacts tab in the Phone app to basically have the same
functionality as the Contacts app. If you want something else try
Multiedit Contacts Manager.

Hello,
I've been using IOS with VoiceOver for about 3 years.
However, I'm new to iPhone and the contacts app.
I'm finding this app a bit cumbersom.
It takes many clicks to find someone and then select the way you want to
contact him.
I just want to make phone calls, and I can't put everyone in the favorites
lits.
What contacts app are you guys using?
Is there an accessible alternative to the native app?
Thanks,
Zivan
